Can I amend my booking?

Yes you can now amend your booking by clicking on the Manage My Booking tab at the top of the webpage. In order to amend your booking you must have an account. The following details can now be amended:

  • Forename
  • Surname
  • Telephone Number
  • Car Make and Model
  • Car Registration

Do we have to pay when we book online?

In order to have your booking confirmed and obtain your booking reference, payment must be received at the time of booking. The earlier you book before departure the cheaper the cost.

How far in advance should we book?

To avoid disappointment we advise booking as far as possible in advance. The earlier you book before departure the cheaper the cost.

Is it necessary to pre-book?

In order to take advantage of our special offers and discounted rates and to guarantee yourself a parking space pre-booking is advisable. The earlier you book before departure the cheaper the cost.

How frequently does your courtesy coach run?

Our coach runs continuously 24 hours a day stopping only to load and unload. Our staff will be on hand to assist you with your luggage.

Is the car park secure and insured/Who is liable for any damage?

Our car park is a secure compound with CCTV covering entrance and exits. Our staff are on site 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week. No claims for damage will be considered unless reported prior to departure. Terms and conditions available here Terms & Conditions.

What special facilities exist for disabled drivers/passengers?

When a disabled customer arrives at our premises we will transfer them to the airport in their own vehicle, saving them the discomfort of getting on and off the coach. On return we will collect the customer again in their own vehicle. Our staff are fully insured through our Garage Road Risk Policy. There will be an airport pick up cost of £1 per journey that must be paid by the customer and is collected by the airport for access to the drop off area.

What way do you charge?

We charge on a per day basis. Each 1 day period is 24 hours from when the car is left in. IE: 1×24 hour period = 1 day. 7×24 hour periods = 1 week.

Will my car be safe in your car park?

Our car park is a secure compound with no access to the public. It is manned and patrolled 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. We currently have 16 cameras on site.

What happens if my car breaks down while in your car park?

We have motor technicians on site during normal office hours and will do all that is possible to get you up and running. Our staff will always be there to give advice and guidance.

Do you provide any facilities other than car parking?

Yes. We have a modern fully equipped maintenance workshop, where you can have your vehicle serviced, M.O.T. preparation, etc. We also provide free fit tyres and exhausts as well as a full car valeting service.
