Do we have to pay when we book?
In order to have your booking confirmed and obtain your Unique Reference Number (URN), payment must be received at the time of booking.

How far in advance should we book?
To avoid disappointment we advise Booking as far as possible in advance, Particularly for summer months, Public Holidays and Weekends.

Is it necessary to pre-book?
In order to take advantage of our special offers and Discounted Rates and to guarantee yourself a parking space Pre-Booking is advisable.

How frequently does your courtesy coach run?
Our coach runs continuously 24 hours a day stopping only to load and upload our staff will be on hand to assist you with your luggage.

Is the carpark secure and insured/Who is liable for any damage?
Our car park is a Secure Compound with C.C.T.V covering Entrance and Exits. Our staffs are onsite 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week. No claims for Damage will be considered unless reported prior to Departure.  Our current Terms And Conditions are available on request.

What special facilities exist for disabled drivers/passengers?
When a Disabled Person arrives at our Premises we will transfer them to the Airport in their own vehicle. Thus saving them the discomfort of  getting on/off the coach. On return we will collect the Persons again in their own vehicle. Our staffs are fully insured through our Garage Road Risk Policy.

What way do you charge? Per day/per week etc?     
Each 1 day Period is 24hrs from when the car is left in I.e.1x24hr period = 1 Day.  7x24 hr periods = 1 week.

Will my car be safe in your carpark?
We upgrade our C.C.T.V System regularly. Our Park is Secure Compound with no Access to the Public.  It is staffed and Patroled 24 hrs a Day, 7 days a week.  We currently have 16 cameras on site.

What happens if my car breaks down while in your carpark?
We have Motor Technicians on site during normal office hours and will do all that is Possible to get you up and running.  Failing this we will see that you are taken home (Northern Ireland only). Our staff will always be there to give advice an guidance.

Do you provide any facilities other than car parking?
YES. We have a modern Fully Equipped Maintenance Workshop, where you can have your Vehicle Serviced, M.O.T. Preparation, etc. we also provide Free Fit Tyres and Exhaust CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO.
